A variety of sods and seed are available for lawn installation. Types of sod that are recommended for our climate are Park Blend and Fescue because they are drought tolerant. Blue is softer but takes more water and maintenance. When installing sod, picking the right border type is important to help with maintenance. We also provide low-maintenance irrigation systems for your lawn as needed.
